EqualRise Healthcare Pty Ltd is an Australian disability, allied health, and NDIS-related support organisation committed to delivering high-quality, culturally safe, and person-centred services to people living with disability across South Australia.
We work alongside people — not for them. We believe that every person deserves support that reflects their goals, honours their identity, and respects their rights, culture, and self-determination.
